in any case of he likes u, and notices you staring at him, hell hope you're staring because you like him it won't be creepy. if he doesn't like you then who cares how it is for him.

How about - Instead of wasting time, analyzing what kind of emotional implications and potential results staring, might possibly have upon your hypothetical perspective future relationship with the Man- Just go talk to him. ask him out.

I always stare at people but many times it is not because I like them ...just something about them that make me stare like their behavior .

Well, if you were staring at him from outside the window to his house, I'd say that's pretty creepy. If you were two feet from him it might be uncomfortable. If your stealing looks from across the room then your not giving him a chance to stare back. Use the ninja stare method, use a pocket mirror then you might catch him staring at you too.

If a girl is staring at me, I would be flattered but it wouldn't mean I would approach her. A guy shouldn't always have to rely on a girls eye contact signals, just to make his move, that would seem like girls can win over guys easily compared to guys winning over girls. I can get turn off by cocky girls.

Well with me it's complicated. If she does I will be tempted to return the favor. She has to have it all going for her and be attractive enough. However, I am a very shy geeky person. Now if there was a girlfriend in the picture she would be jealous and definitely say something. That's just me.

If you like a man don't make him feel uncomfortable by continuously starring at him. Make eye contact. If you both continue to randomly make eye contact go over and introduce yourself and make small talk, never know where it could go but don't do it if you see a "girlfriend" sitting next to or across from him
