Why do Indians only hire Indian workers in canada?

I think it's annoying because it's supposed to be a multicultural place but Indians only stick with Indian people.

I 100% agree. There is a store I shopped in for 5 years and got to know the staff, liked their products and prices. Its in a big city in Canada. I went in recently and all the Canadians are gone, its all indian males! I was bullied by an indian security guard when I first arrived. There are no staff. The cashier is an indian male. The guard tried to look down the row at me like being suspicious? I bought 2 items and they charged a few more dollars than the ticket price states! I checked the ratings they are now 1/10! Hope they go under!! I dont get how this is allowed in Canada why they have no other cultures there!!!

That's something I want to know too. The 3 network company about 60% of their employees are Indians because the owner is an Indian. They have whites too and a select few from other ethnicity. Talk about race discrimination

I also saw a show on an I ndian women who owns are Irish pub. She has low customers and does not know why? It could be because Irish people expe t to see Irish staff and owners. Also they l8ke to hear Irish music and eat Irish food. This place had mo music and Indian items on the menu with no Irish food. This woman can't be that stupid.

Because they only like working with people from their own background or in their tight social circle. I know from working with them before. They are completely afraid and adverse to working with anyone different from them in terms of race, religion, personal views, personality, or any other trait. They act like they like everyone, but deep down they are very selective about who they talk to, work with, and maintain relationships with. And I know not ALL are like this, but this is based on what I have seen, and I honestly think there is a piece of truth to it.

Indians as in Indians or Indians as in Native Americans? If you mean Indians from India, they're technically not allowed to discriminate by race when hiring people, though it would be hard to prove that they are and of little benefit even if you did. If they're Native Americans, it depends on rather or not they're on a Reservation, if on a Reservation, the tribe may have Tribal Sovereignty, which means they can do whatever they want.

They are highly cliquish; I used to work at a bar, and when I started, four white people were working in the kitchen, the rest of them from India, nearly 20 I guess, I decided to leave the bar because they were ridiculously annoying and putting me on burden all the time without assigning tasks mutually. The fact that the restaurant doesn't have any Canadians or employees from any other race other than Indian at the moment, I have met a couple of people how left the bar around the town, in fact they left for the same reason, rude, cliquish and loud
