Why do fat women sound so sexy over the phone?

i have noticed this a lot lately. like the other day I got called for a job interview, and it was safe to say that I was almost seduced all the way by the secretary that called me. the next day I get there dying to meet her and see this fat broad and I was like "what world am I in!?"

and I have noticed this with other incidents in the past to. I was even warned by my friends and acquaintances that when a women sounds sexy over the phone that most likely means she is fat.

anyway I was just curious. do they do this on purpose for insecurity reason? or does their weight influence the functioning of their vocal cords?

Ehh, I don't really think that's accurate.

Though I do have to wonder about how so many girls in the USA are fat. Granted, so many American guys are fat too, but I'm not gay, so that doesn't really affect me.

So many girls don't realize how if they slimmed down, not only would they be healthier (obesity dramatically raises your risk of dying by stroke, heart disease, or cancer), feel better in their daily lives (such as, not wearing your knees out so much, finding it easy to jog up a few flights of stairs, etc), but they will also find it so much easier to get better dates, and just be so much more attractive, which really livens up self-confidence for a lot of women to have men being attracted to them.

And granted, fat male slobs too should really work out and slim down, to enjoy a better life, not to mention lower healthcare costs.

There are many aspects to a woman that can be sexy, even the voice.

I have a friend I knew from a church. She wasn't much to look at back then, but she had an amazing voice both in how she spoke and how she could sing.

Susan Boyle (for any of you who remember her) was an average looking woman in her upper years, but she had an absolutely beautifully stunning voice.

I find it even more funny when I see a pretty decent looking girl with an absolutely horrid raspy voice on top of whatever stupidity comes forth from her mouth. It's a real turn off.

The women is sexy, but you are just a shallow dingleberry that doesn't think she is "Sexy" anymore cause you saw her appearance and thought she was fat. It has nothing to with functioning of vocal cords, or insecurity. It's just how the women you've been talking too talk.

Somebody's tone of voice doesn't have anything to do with their body. I've seen extremely petite women who have deep voices, and morbidly obese women who have childlike voices. Don't be so quick to assume about the mass just because you've come across a couple of people.

Maybe there's a correlation due to pressure on the lungs or just bigger lungs if they're naturally big. I have noticed that fat people tend to be better singers and their definitely at an advantage for opera singing but I don't know the science behind it.

I've noticed this too. There has to be a correlation! You are going to be laughed off the website for this question, but I agree. Large women seem to be better equipped to produce deeper,sexy low vocal tones. Is there an evolutionary reason for this? Maybe?!?! You going to have to collect a lot of data to make your case, but it's worth looking into. Good luck!

I think that is an unfair assessment. Having said that, I have seen at work and elsewhere that some girls do make an extra effort to sound sexy on phone, knowing that they are not as attractive in person. But then, would 't guys do the same?.

fat women know they cannot get away with playing "hard to get" like attractive women can, so they make their moves more open and inviting. men will take a friendly flirty girl over a snob any day

Voice and looks aren't always correlated.

Though I do find hot women tend to have softer and aesthetically nicer voices. I don't know why.
