What does "all my love" mean?

What does it mean when a guy ends a letter with

"All my love""

?

Does that mean he loves me or just nott look into it much?

you need to give a little more information sweetie, what was the nature of the letter, are you guys in a relationship, have you had sex with him etc..., but lets say for the record you guys are just getting to know each other, then it's clear he has a love for you or the relationship.

If I were writing that, it would be because I'm madly in love with you, but have ended up being too formal, so as to save embarrassment if you rejected me. It probably means that you make his heart flutter when you see him, his belly churn when you're not with him... etc... :)

Well, maybe he's using a stock phrase, but it's hard to misinterpret, he's saying he really loves you...You think he's not sincere?
