Do ratchet things happen at the music festivals?

My boyfriend told me that him, his cousin and his best friend are going to the ultra music festival in March 2014 in Miami. Do people act wild and nasty at the music festivals? I've heard that the Essences Music Festival for example is called aka the sex festival. Supposedly people go with their friends to have a good time and mess with people from out of town. Is it really like that at the music festivals? Hearing that made me concern when my boyfriend told me he was going with his guy friends.

look lemme tell you like this: 4 guys are going to a music festival in miami with no female supervision. you can think your man will be faithful if you want to. just know that he is going to do him. he's young, unmarried and going to have fun. especially if it has the reputation for being a "sex festival" then you already know what it is. he is going to partake in some ratchet things.

The one he is going to is called ultra music festival in Miami. I don't know much about that one. But the one I heard was known as a sex festival is called Essence music festival. But do you really think he would do ratchet things?

when in rome do as the romans do. if he attends the ratchet festival then you can bet he did some ratchet sh*t on some level. even if he doesn't attend the ratchet festival, he's out of town on vacation with his boys..what do men think about? of course he will probably get at women while he's down there. I would assume so

I think that's terrible though. If he has someone that he claims he love why would he try to have sex with other women just because he's out of town? I think that's messed up that people do things like that.

i agree but that's just how men are. most of them cheat at some point, especially if they're our age. like if you are under 30 I'd say about 80% of them do it. and some of us women do too, but yeah people are selfish and sex driven these days.

You don't think there are some guys that's not like that?

20% aren't. the rest will cheat or have cheated or are cheating. I know that sounds bad but that's just reality. it is that bad lol

It depends on the venue. I've seen some incidents where the musician was receiving fellatio on stage in front of the crowd. I'm sure there are also events where you would be thrown out within minutes of exposing your genitals. I wouldn't be too worried. Even if it does happen, I'm sure it's happening to the vast minority of the crowd.

Don't know about America, but recently several photos from Ireland went viral based solely on people having sex at a random concert. I'm glad I'm not into that music, nor that voyeuristic sex thing.

Do you think I should worry about him going there? Or should I try not to think about it?

It would depend on a few things, if you trust him, if he's done anything in the past involving lying to you and if he will be drinking at all.

I'm a metalhead and the festivals in Europe that I went to never got all that wild, at least by my observation.

Also, if you don't trust him, then dump him and tell him why.

Its not that I don't trust him its just we've had issues in our relationship in the past...he was inappropriate online and we've had issues with him never inviting me places and always doing things with his friends. ..I just don't want those issues to come up again. I just have myself and my heart on guard a bit.
