What's a good email subject line for reconnecting?

There's a girl I liked, she may or may not have rejected me in the past, about a year ago. I have a short and sweet email, proposing a coffee. What's a good subject line?

Don't get too Mushy at first. Start with a subject kinda casual

Then build rapport by directing her to past good memories that you might have had.

She will remember the good things if you remind of the good things.

Don't apologize for anything you did wrong that you might have messed up on if she hasn't mentioned it.

You want to keep her interested.

But anyways, start out with, "Well hello there"

This makes it personal... You are talking directly at her in the subject line, and showing her that you respect her (its psychology)
