I badly worded my question, I didn't get satisfactory answers much. So I'm asking it AGAIN and making it clear. I am solely talking about appearance and not attitude. I even have examples for you.

Don't confuse it with youthfulness! I'm other talking about older women who look younger because of less signs of age or younger women looking older because of premature wrinkles. I'm about to sign a lease with a small apartment, the landlord said no pets. But usually that means cats or dogs. Do you think I would be able to get a small fish in a small fish bowl/tank, a hamster in a small cage, or any other small animal that would be off the floors? Really like the idea of getting a pet but if its unlikely its not a must.
