I might get married but it I do think it’s stupid. It’s more an expectation in my culture.
It’s a piece of paper. It’s a celebration for a woman as she gets financial incentives, security and favour particularly in breakdown of relationship.

I don’t think men get any security or any perks to getting married, can you name any? I view marriage as a liability like a car.

Arranged marriages used to work and be so successful yet modern love marriage crumble like anything.

Given that it's been almost 25 years since the year 2000, I've been asking around, and nearly everyone who has replied has said, "No, it's just another year to me." It seems like everyone is basically burnt out.

By law, in this weird land, you have right to abandon relationship or even have him stoned to death... for cheating.

After pondering this scenario, at night, an angel comes to give reassurance this is a good thing to stay with your man because God impregnated him... and to flee to a weird and dangerous place for safety, like a homeless camp under a bridge in San Francisco, where your man would have his baby in "safety".

FWIW... this is the position Joseph from the Bible was in and he chose, based upon what is recorded, to stay with Mary and make more children with her and raise Jesus... the child in question... as his own.

In the USA the 1% threshold is $5.8mill, which makes me feel great as my dad is worth around $11million usd, just under currently as it depends on exchange rates I’m English.
