The big story today in the UK is Scotlands' plan to ban cats. A Scottish Animal Welfare Commission report called for a campaign to promote responsible cat ownership. However, The Daily Mail, in typical far right fashion, twisted it to state Scotland was looking at banning cats.

Scotland has confirmed it has no intention of banning cats. BUT should they? Cats kill millions of wild birds and animals each year, including endangered ones. If they were a wild species, then a cull would be reasonable.

Unlike America, Scotland doesn't have coyotes to keep pet cats under control.

Thoughts?

I am 24 and I feel a bit insecure about telling the guy I am dating that I haven't date anyone else before. How should I answer if he asks about whether I've dated anyone else or how many relationships I've been in? Which one is the better option?

My boyfriend just told me that he doesn’t want to have kids, after leading me to believe that he did. I am getting older and want to be a mom before I can’t. I looked into doing IVF with an anonymous donor at the sperm bank via my OBGYN. I told my boyfriend about everything and he said he will break up with me if I do that. He doesn’t want me to have his kid or some other man’s. I am just curious to know what you would do in that situation. Thank you in advance for your vote in my poll and any subsequent comments. My boyfriend led me to believe that he would have kids with me in the future. Now he says that he would never have kids with me because I have a disability. My doctors said I am healthy to carry a baby to term and all gave me the go ahead. I am getting older and want to try to get pregnant. My boyfriend said he will not have a kid with me and if I try IVF with a donor, he will break up with me. I love him, but I always wanted to be a mom. I don’t know what to do, please help!

At the end of the day do you like it when people check on you? What are some easy ways you would express your interest towards hearing about someone’s day without coming off intrusive? Do you like little thoughtful messages or what kind of thoughtful messages would you like to receive or even send? Just curious to see what different people like or would do.

This has been happening a few times on the apps recently, not as extreme as being beta per say but feels less chivalrous.

In the UK, it's common to have a 'Sunday dinner', which consists of roast meat, potatoes, and an assortment of vegetables. Quite often, far too much is cooked and so the leftovers are mixed together the next day to make 'bubbles and squeak'. Some families make it loose and stir fry it, while others form it into patties before frying.

It's not unusual to see buildings covered in creeping plants such as ivy. It looks pretty, but many say it damages the building while others claim it protects old buildings. It can also encourage wildlife into your house. It divides opinion so what's yours?

The guy I’ve liked for a year & a half is currently deployed. When he gets back, he’ll be here for a month before he moves across the country.

Essentially I have written a high fantasy book about a elven princess whose throne was taken by a man with outrageous amount of power.

He has began to corrupt not only her kingdom but neighboring kingdoms aswell turning the people into blood lusted demons who scour the lands to hunt her down.

Those who haven't turned are held captive or scrounging for scraps. Entire cities turned have been left nothing but ashe.
