I'm neither democrat or republican.. i'm outside US but I would like to hear people's opinions on this

When I’m on YouTube especially, I run into videos talking about how people should not be single because they will be lonely, depressed and that they will regret being life long singles and that the purpose of humanity is to marry and have kids.

They say women who are single are being lied to by feminism which is toxic because it tells women to focus on working hard and not on settling down and having a family.

Personally I feel like we all have a choice and also we all have different fates some of us were born to be single for the long haul, others were born to marry or having kids etc. Also, science has literally debunked the myth that single people are depressed and unhappy by proving that it is very possible to be happy and healthy as a single person.

Anyone can be happy it has nothing to do with your relationship status or if whether you have kids or not. Also if you listen to other people instead of doing what you want you’ll definitely be unhappy.

You will be happy though if you go after what you want in life and accept your fate with open arms and see the bright side of it be it single-hood, marriage or having kids. Because everything has a bright side in life, even though there are cons in every situation there are also pros in every situation.

I started my new job 3 months ago

So Im still on probation period (6months)

But I didn't tell my work that I was pregnant

Few days ago I had to go give birth so I took annual leave

but my boss doesn’t know I took off work for labour

After I gave birth, I called my boss and told her the truth

she was shocked and confused but happy for me

but everything is confusing now

so she said she will get back to me by the end of the week to decide on a mutual decision about my position

then today, I received some flowers and gifts from her (my boss) and card saying congratulations

then I messaged her thank you!

We talked for abit and then she said she wants to have a quick chat tomorrow

do you guys think Im going to get fired? Or she's going to plan something that will work out?

This question was inspired by one of my favorite movies of all time, Mean Girls, and from when I was making breakfast in the morning by putting a lot and I mean a lot of butter on my pancakes 🥞.

Is it a turn off or a turn on for you?

I'm really trying to become more social, I have already made a progress but when it comes to these places, I just can't find the appeal and will to go there. My sisters don't understand, they're the more "normal" ones. I've used to prefer staying at home and videogames, now I have gotten more extroverted but I'm still more of an introvert, an ambivert maybe, and I just don't want to do something that's so unlike me.

So that's why I'm asking and please be honest guys, what you think about this issue of mine?

I don't like alcohol, I don't want to dance and be surrounded by such a huge number of alcohol (and whatever else) influenced people.

I don't really want a boyfriend who'd be a party animal in the first place. It's fine if he wants to go out but I prefer quieter settings and I must say that nothing beats home in the end (at least for me).
