I'm in a bit of a cunundrum. My travel partner is getting old and not as strong or energetic as she used to be. Hawaii is only one 6 hour flight. It would be an easy trip to Hawaii and I know she would like Hawaii better.

The real St. Barth's culture, much more difficult flight with one 4.5 hour layover one way, and 2 not so short layovers going back. There's also a risk of hurricanes.
