Fortunately I'm regular every morning, and I'm usually careful with my diet, so I use the work restroom occasionally, but never anywhere else, except after drinking with meals or coffee stops etc. and then I use the shops or restaurants facilities before leaving the premises.

I also make sure I go to the restroom before visiting friends or relatives.

Apparently 20% of people are not regular every day, and go two or three times a week, with 5% of people going once a week, which is a sign of constipation.

55% of people don't eat enough fibre, and to support a healthy digestion system we need to look after our diet and gut health.

Do you use public restrooms or do you wait until you return home?

What gets you irritated the most, and how do you handle your annoyance, and did you know irritation is amplified by tiredness, being late, and hunger?

One of my hates was opening bottle tops, the screw on variety, but I recently bought a multi purpose tool, a pair of scissors, that grips the bottle top near to the finger holes, and it's one less irritation for me.

What has put you in a bad mood, and have you found a way of relieving some of your frustration?

When a President has Dementia or goes insane or just makes terrible decisions or uses office to get rich with insider trading or selling decisions or policies or selling pardons. We need a way to vote someone out of office. We shouldn't have to wait 4 years of abuse.
