When you love yourself more you are more able to share love with others. Loving yourself is taking care of yourself. Take good care of yourself by eating right, drinking plenty water, take walks, clear your mind, tend to your needs, and get enough rest


Things to avoid when trying to change your life and love yourself more:


1. Stop comparing yourself with otherr people;
2. Stop comparing your life with your life when you were younger;
3. Stop with negative thinking about yourself.


Things to look for in your daily life – leading to a better feeling about what you deserve and more self love:


1. Define yourself as who you truly are;
2. Live in this minute, not in the past;
3. Try to express yourself positively.


Say and do nice things for yourself everyday. Just like people say and do nice things for the persons they love, you should say and do it for yoruself too. Naturally we all long to be appreciated by others But if our happiness depends on others we mostly feel discouraged. The answer is to encourage yourself. Let go of any guilt or fear from the past. Forgive yourself, when you do that you free up emotional energy that gives you the possibility to use it in a more positive way, to love and to be loved.


Just because you are part of this World makes you worthy of esteem and value. Treat yourself like you would a best friend. In order to value others you have to value yourself first. Keep filling your brain with confident thoughts and in time your mind will have no place anymore for anything negative.


You shouldn’t show love to others out of motivation to get their love. Love is the gift you give right from your heart and soul. When you give love because you want to get love back, then you are not giving love you are selling something….Love should be unconditional. By critism you not only harm the other but often yourself too. Being unloving, for example by giving critic, is like taking poison and expect others to die.


How do you love yourselves and other persons the right way?


You love yourself the right way when you love and take care of yourself, despite the persons and forces around you who doesn’t love, like, support, or treat you in a way they should, or they way you expect, need them to.


You love other persons, the right way, when you affect them your time, care and thoughfullness, without doing yourself undue harm, inconvenience or scarifice.
