Can't say I particularly want to be going anything you listed above. I guess I'm not cut out for being a housewife. I'll stick to my career rather than running around after kids all day. I'd be driven insane!

I too want a woman like that! Its such as damn shame feminists have demonized and bullied any woman who considers this lifestyle choice, and any man brave enough to come forward with it.
I've both had a lucrative career and been a housewife. I find I do best when I have something part-time. I have never felt pressured or demonized by other women for either. It's just that in this day and age women realize they need a way to have the lifestyle they desire, because it may be a long time before they have a partner to share the burden with. And if they are lucky enough to find a good job it is very difficult to give that up.
If I was a man I'd want a housewife too. I'm an aspiring housewife and that's one trait that my SO really loves about me :) I enjoyed your key points as well!
i grew up with that life style where the mom stays at home. And i dont see it as something negative because she was always there for us. So if you both agree then go for it

Actually being a housewife is more stressful and tiring than working. I'm way way way more tired, burnt out, stressed, miserable, and busy than I was when I had full-time work and college.
dude, i go on this chat site and u have no idea how many of those housewives lead a secret life on the internet, added them on Skype and well, u know what happens ;)

You are lucky many women who choose the housewife path are.
Well I'm not sure about #1. It would make me more miserable than happy. Good take otherwise, even though I don't exactly agree with it.
