It's a shame the a woman's word is taken over a guys and that he's seen as guilty unfil proven innocent. This wouldn't happen if people were severely punished for false accusation.

  I completely agree with this and I think any blatant false accusation should be dealt with the same way as the "crime" they are accusing someone of. However the line between "lying" and a misunderstanding can become blurred.
  I'm not excusing it at all, and there are many highly immature drama queens /bitches out there, but it'd still be interesting to hear her side, even if she was still in the wrong.
