here's the problem with your take: a "nice guy" can be the opposite of all those things. there is no such thing as a generic "nice guy".
This my take is so so so so dumb and stupid.. that I can't even try to explain why you're wrong because you're past the point where a person has an ability to understand the reality.. being nice is not a disease with obvious symptoms.. just like girls can't be divided into some groups.. guys can't either. Anyone agreeing with this my take is just as stupid as the my take is..
Interesting how women always try to justify their distaste for "nice guys" (which is fine) but then turn around and complain when guys won't date "smart" girls, or "fat" girls, etc. Are you the only one's who are allowed to have standards? Pathetic.
Many girls will shoot a guy down before she even knows any of the 7 things you stated above. That's what makes it all so frustrating.
well as a nice guy i can tell you confidence is only gained when i get a nice girl who really loves me, then i open up to her when i trust her, and we nice guys are sensitive which makes us better lovers because we actually care about the girl we are with. and not use them for sex like the bad-boy players do who treat nice girls like a peace of appliance for sex and leave and hurt her. and turn girls into man hating slut lesbians.

Let's face it, this is totally true, the problem with nice guys is not that they are nice, it's that they don't put themselves out there and don't have enough confidence, which probably matters more than looks to women/girls.
This is not judgmental in any way, go out in the real world and you'll find that the social, outgoing guys, confident guys ( so called bad guys ) get all the women.
