Most women simply want a healthy guy who is caring and emotionally available. This is why I do my best to listen to them, eat right, go to the gym etc. I even started using one of those penis health cremes every day.. this helps improve the skin texture, function and hygiene of my penis. This is a big help, because they want good sex too. Cheers.
I'm not saying your words don't hold value, but the use of "real men" in the title was out of place. "Real men" are not defined by other men. If a guy deems it necessary to avoid women entirely due to whatever reason he deems fit, it's his right and he's no less of a man for doing so.
I'm not MGTOW myself, but I support them (well.. I don't actually support... it's just a figure of speech)

Actually mgtow guys are spot on. Women are okay, but they aren't that great. That combined with all the shit that they do, they simply aren't worth the effort of "improving yourself" and "being a man" for. Guys who say the kind of things you're saying here are either okay with not getting that much pussy and only dating average girls, or simply willing to put up with more shit than a real man would. Probably both, in your case. Don't worry though, once you've had enough experience with women your little self-delusion will break and you'll be eating your words. I hope you like the taste of bullshit.

Except you are purposely choosing things which are alterable. The most common reasons guys get rejected are based in their genetics and utterly unchangeable.
Then those guys need to stop birthing because hit girls don't want them and start going after chicks in their own league... sorry, it's not nice but it's the truth...
@Sara413 you are right about that particular point but I am not ugly by any standard nor physically week, and still it seems like women' s expectations are overwhelming high to even be remotly considered, and then this web site answers suck when seeking help. How do you become a bad boy so u are at least considered by women. they only thing they say here is be unpredictable be attractive, but that does not help
@Sara413 That's nice in theory but it relies on all guys having a 'league'. The reality is that the bottom 20% or so of men are not attractive to any women. I hit on obese single mums and they are still not interested, I cannot aim any lower.

"Improve" is highly subjective. What if my personal objectives and idealized version of myself conflict with what women look for in a man? I don't see why I should let others define improvement for me when I'm internally motivated in a different direction.

You define the problem here as a set of double-standards, then propose the solution is for men to accept and surrender to those double-standards.
I think you miss the point of mgtow. These are not 20-something yearold men who have given up on the dating scene. They are middle age men who have been royally fucked by the divorce courts. So I am sympathetic to them, not that I personally as a 19 year old male would join mgtow.

Men Go There Own Way is a movement where men forgo woman companionship and focus on what is important to them. In essence, they choose a life of celibacy so they can fully devote themselves to a cause or way of life. The Catholic Church, which requires their priests be celibate and has had very low priesthood numbers as of late, would hypothetically be better off because of this movement.
You don't really understand what MGTOW is. In addition to self improvement, they advocate avoiding any commitment to women (i. e., no marriage, no long term relationships, and no children), not a life of celibacy.
@VeritechAce. I have a question. Why would you want to have A physical relationship with a woman or any type of relationship with a woman, if you think that woman are the scum of the earth? You say they mistreat you, why deal with them?
@davisgirl89, a good question. It's very simple. I don't think women are the scum of the earth. Now I can understand why you would get that impression since there are a lot of MGTOW that are stuck in the "Red Pill Rage" stage after a break up, or after a messy divorce. Those are usually the overly vocal types that you'll find on blogs like reddit.
No, I don't think women are scum, but in truth I do feel quite indifferent toward them. However, I am an INTJ personality type, so indifference is exceedingly easy for me; indeed, it is naturally how I am perceived by others.
Now, as for myself, I've never truly been "mistreated" by a woman. I could tell you a story of a MGTOW man who's wife tried to get her drug dealer to murder him for the insurance money; THAT is real mistreatment. The only mistreatment I've been on the receiving end of from a woman is emotional manipulation, nagging, and petty bickering... none of which I have one iota of tolerance for. Generally, I don't deal with 'em.
Lol well I can understand that. Even I go through phases where I don't want to talk or interact with men. And sometimes I wish I had earplugs with dealing with other women.

Surely, you do understand that for a man, a "physical relationship" is a biological imperative as fundamental as eating food don't you? Of course, it's not like a person is going to die with out sex, but the drive persists nonetheless.
Maybe you think that MGTOW philosophy is an odious concept; however, it is a growing phenomenon. Maybe you think it's influence is limited. If so, I would ask you to consider that in Japan the "Herbivore Men," their equivalence to MGTOW number 70% for men 30 years old and under. Japan is about 15 years ahead of is us in this regard, and I see people in the Occident following the same trajectory.
I am saddened, however, that I don't see any means of reconciliation between men and women in western society.

@VeritechAce. Last week was the first time I ver hear of these slogans/ phrases and most of what I have heard about them are coming from men who are very negative. And maybe they have a reason to be so.
And after your first explanation I understood. I don't think there is anything wrong with just wanting to be friends with benefits if the female agrees to that. I mean as long as you are up front and honest I think it's a win win for all involved.
But I still think some are a bit extreme. I mean without letting on to much about me, at a young age I was molested, early 20's I was almost raped, and yet I still do not hate men for all the bad experiences a few have pushed on me. I just hope they can heal and move on. It's hard, but that's part of life. Bad things happen that's how we appreciate the good.
There is absolutely so much misconception of MGTOW and the red pill philosophy that I feel the need to write a proper mytake on it just to make things clear.
