I love women for the nurturing and softer side and femininity and all that. But the physical plays a big tole too. I do think it seems like women are more attracted to masculinity, male attributes and male gender than the actual physical sex itself. It seems like women are attracted to the male body and looks sexually is in coordination or conjunction to the male gender
Makes sense. A woman's love depends on the man providing things. Security (emotional, physical, mental, and financial), entertainment, and utility (help with housework, yardwork, repair, etc.)
Yeah same as a man's love depends on the ability of the woman making him feel needed, strong and big, her turning him on by being attractive etc
@Frickingpistachios not really. I loved my ex wife even though she gained 100lbs, stopped caring about her appearance, and pretty much disregarded me. It took her cheating on me and then pinning the blame for it on me for me to stop loving her.
Its more common for a man to stay with a woman, even if she stops being "lovable", than it is for a woman to stay with a man who stops providing.

You stayed with her despite her turning into a fat, ugly slob, and she then dumps *YOU* for basically being too weak to tell her to fix the hell up, or get the fuck out - don't you see?
Boy, if that was me I would've kicked her to the curb when she started packing on the weight, and not just because of the weight itself, but because I can imagine that she was a royal headache in many other ways, right?
@FreshOutaIdeas You're right. My problem was that I took my vows seriously. The one part you were incorrect on is that I finally did correct that error and gave her the boot. I did try along the way to get her to take better care of herself, but I learned a valuable lesson: by the time it gets to that point, there's no tslking to them. You put that ring on their finger and they have the legal power. I wasn't a pushover by any means, but that doesn't matter. What matters is the ability to impose consequences, and once that ring is in place, the are no consequences for her no matter how much of a shitbag she turns into.

Aye, I know how utterly skewed the legal marriage system is these days. It sickens me how it's designed to give the parasites for women out there an artificial upper hand. Us guys gotta make sure we pick them *very* wisely!
Fair do's man, I'm glad you got rid of the ham beast! I know it's difficult these days in the PC culture that we live in, but what women lack these days is the firm the hand of a man. Half the shit some of these men out there feel that they have to put up with, really shouldn't be.

I've noticed the old timers generally only fit into two categories - those like your (and my) old man, who live by that pathetic messages l mantra of "happy wife happy life", then the others which are traditional alpha males that don't put up with shit and are generally respected more by women.

I'm good except for the crying thing. Don't want anyone to die cause that is the only time I might. Few other times but its always so catastrophic we don't want any of that either. I can say I am very touched by people coming together to help one another and I well up and feel them. Sometimes I wish I could cry. Think I have the other qualities though.
