Is there still a chance after being friendzoned?

Before I start, I want to mention that I already know I have to move on and give her up, and that I probably have no chance, but i'm asking this out of despair. I loved a girl sooooo much, she meant a lot to me and it became a terrible obsession. I dreamed good things about us every night for months. I told her once I liked her in the form of a weird story, and we hung out. We texted a lot for months after in the summer and eventually, I broke the news again. By the way, her and I have only seen each other face to face a few times, since we had no classes together. But this coming year starting next week, we have more classes and lunch together. I told her that I like her a lot and asked her out. She explained why she was super busy these next few days but later she'll hang out, and then said she wants to be clear that she only likes me as a friend. Now I know i'm totally friendzoned, and there's really no hope left sadly, and I have to move on and accept reality. I know for a fact i'll never be able to love again so much for sure. My heart has been totally shattered. Anyways, out of desperation I'm just wondering, is there any chance? Can I keep loving and have hope? If so, what do I have to do? (As long as it's for her, i'll have the motivation to do anything as hard as it is). Also, I've heard a couple times there's a chance after being friendzoned, if you pull away and give her time and space. Keep in mind we've only seen each other a few times, and seeing her way more often now might help me change her impression of me. Thanks in advance for anybody helping me with this situation, it's very depressing for me.

There's so much more to life than your relationship with this girl. There are literally 3.5 BILLION ladies on this planet, many of which live near you, and those that don't are accessible on the internet. You are far from hopeless.

You're dwelling on this girl and all you're doing is making yourself crazy. You have a life outside of her. Concentrate on living your life and being the best person that you can be. Don't think about relationships; just worry about being the awesome person that you are and living a good life. And... hey, when the right girl comes around, she'll take notice. Just live your life and be the best person that you can :)

no, no chance. It can become very annoying when a person you have little interest as a romantic partner becomes almost infatuated with you and kind of creepy in my opinion. But i dont know the whole situation. become closer with her but keep your feelings to yourself and she might realise that you are a good person that she can see herself with and then the time will come, but if not i would just try move on, sorry for the harshness.

Well I'm sure her definition is different from mine. If I friend-zone you, Im not interested at the moment. (Notice i said AT THE MOMENT.) But if i brozone you, than i see you as blood, meaning that I will never see you in a dateable way. I would see it as almost committing incest. Thats how brotherly the dude would have become. But in my book, you still have a chance while in the friend-zone.
