Did I hurt my fwb? How do I apologize?

Okay, so even though he's my friends with benefits I truly care for him, but I realize I did things the wrong way by ignoring his text because I was hurt with the way he was treating me. Very little communication, I would leave after sex, his text were simple and etc. I do have feelings for him by the way. Anyways I decided to no longer see him although i have not told him so. I've ignore his text for 3 days. He asked, "so your not texting me now😕" After the 3rd day of reachibg oyr, he hasn't texted me. Anyways, on his Instagram he posted this
