My boyfriend's friend keeps hitting on me?

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for eight months, and his best friend started liking me before we were dating.. He always hit on me when I was single, and I thought it would stop when I had a boyfriend (especially since it was his friend).. But he didn't. He always calls me randomly, tries to get information about our relationship. He tried cuddling with me during a movie (my boyfriend was on his way so it was me, him, and my best friend).. He also snaps me and has called me hot, but then he tells me it's a joke... I've told my boyfriend and he doesn't talk to him about it.. He doesn't want to get his friend at him. I'm going to be uncomfortable, because he keeps trying things... He's tried touching my butt and rested his head on my boobs.. And if I call him out on it, he plays the victim... What do i do? If he does it again am I allowed to hit him?

I've tried telling him to stop multiple times, I've blocked him on social media but when I see him in person he always makes passes.

Tell this guy he's upsetting you. Straight out. Explain how uncomfortable you feel around him- play him at his own game if you have to and play the victim (although I wouldn't suggest that).
If he doesn't stop, have a serious word with your boyfriend about how upset it's making you. This man should respect your wishes and leave you alone!
I wouldn't suggest hitting him, because he can use that to victimise himself and make you look bad. Just tell the truth and see what the reaction is.

Hey (: don't allow him to hit on you. Tell him you are uncomfortable with it and it's making not like him more because you know he knows you have a bf! If it continues tell your boyfriend he should really talk to him because it is making you extremly uncomfotable ( if he is a good BF he should do this for you).
