Do you regret all the money spent on an ex?

All the dates and gifts you paid for and miscellaneous stuff. I know its crying over spilt milk but does it annoy you. Or do you consider it part of the experience?

Nah, what's done is done tbh. It was what was current at the time of your relationship and it helped towards making it what it was (or wasn't). Regretting paying for a meal whether cheap or expensive wouldn't figure in my regret towards an ex. If we both enjoyed it at the time, then all well and good.

I've never had an ex to regret spending money on. However, along those same lines, I definitely regret spending money on friends who have just.. dropped off the radar without a word.
