How many of you girls are willing to date shorter guys?

Earlier today I came across a Reddit article in which a man posted that he got married to the woman of his dreams. She is 5'7, while he is 5'1.

He's a former cop who works security at a hospital now. She's an office administrator. I'm generally curious how many women would go for a guy who makes less money than them and is shorter.

Now before you say the I only care about personality. It's what most important. Come on and be real with us guys. We all know women have a hang up when it comes to mail height.

I would not mind dating a shorter guy if I liked him. In fact I liked a short guy who was super super nice, hard working and down to earth but not at all confident about himself. He was around 4'5". I just didn't know why he was underconfident just because of his height. He is one of the best students (among 8 students) under the most influential professors of Germany.

My boyfriend is 2-3" shorter than me so I guess I would be/am willing.
I honestly thought he'd have a problem with dating me after being force fed the idea that no man would date a girl who's taller because it would result in them feeling emasculated. Not so much with him, he loves my legs and everything that comes with 'em. :)

It is not my preference. I probably would not approach a shorter guy myself (and I have approached men many times before), but if he was a nice guy and he approached me I would not turn him down strictly based on his height.

He's like 5'8-5'9. The girl on the left is as least 5'11, and the one on the right is probably 6'2. Why would they be surprised that Lautner is shorter than that?
