Girls, Why do girls dodge certain questions?

Hey everybody. Just recently got into a serious relationship with my girl. Anyways I was just wondering why some girls dodge certain questions by ignoring it or changing the subject. For me specifically its nothing but me encouraging some friendly competition. Sometimes ill text her to see if she wants to play an app game against me and she just dodges it completely. Im guessing she might be annoyed that I ask her to play so ill probably stop.

She's probably busy and doesn't want to waste time playing a game on her phone.

I dodge questions that are inappropriate or that I feel we aren't at a level that you need to know. My ex was obsessed with money. I'd answer some of them vaguely but others I just wouldn't. That's very private information and we were no where even close to thinking about moving in together.

Sometimes if you don't feel like answering or offending someone but in the end you end up offending because it seems you're ignoring them

Well Im not gonna bring it up again if she doesn't reply back about it. Its just weird how simple it is but she wants to avoid it.
