Why is my guy friend sending me crotch shot?

It's never nude. But he's sent me a few before over snap chat. I'm pretty sure he knows I like him also? Could he like me back. He talk a lot. I find him to be flirty at times. He likes to also tell me he's got a pretty nice dick. Which I honestly don't know why the hell he needs to tell me this. But I just go with it. Is he interested in me. Because he seems to try to make that obvious that he is. Also, he'll always talk about things we have in common. He never mentions other girls to me or asks me if he thinks this girl would be good for him. Another thing I've noticed he's hitting on me a lot more. He tells me I tease him a lot. He tells me personal things that have happened to him. He's asked me if I'm dating/ talking to any one else.
