How to convince my mom to let me go to my boyfriends house?

So my mom is really strict and won't let me go to my boyfriends house. I want to try to convince her to let me, but I don't know how to make the right argument. She is pretty protective, but they shouldn't be worried. I'm not going to do drugs or drink or have sex. I'm really shy with like physical affection so there's no way I'll be doing anything sexual soon, but my mom doesn't really know me so she probably think we'll have sex. She won't even let me go to a friends house when there isn't a parent there because she thinks we are going to get drunk. She also won't let me go to a party without calling the parents first. She has no reason not to trust me and I'm very responsible. Well actually as far as they know they have no reason not to trust me, but I've had to lied to her before because she wouldn't let me do anything otherwise! So how do I persuade them to be more lenient and not be so protective? I've brought this up with my mom before but she just shut me down and said it wasn't up for discussion. I almost want to tell them of all the times I've lied to them about going to my friends houses so they see that nothing bad happened, but then they wouldn't let me go ANYWHERE. I think they'd be surprised that I've already been to my boyfriends house twice and that nothing bad happened there either.
