He tries to get my attention but already has a girlfriend?

I found out he has a girlfriend so he doesn't know that i'm aware of that fact. What puzzles me is that he genuinely seems interested in me. He acts all nervous and shy to approach me, stares at me and his behaviour even changes when i come around. Everytime he sees me he always acts like he wants to tell me something but cannot bring himself to actually do anything. I'm really trying to get why he does that, is he trying to get into a new relationship because he's unhappy with his current one or is he looking for a fling thing?

I think of myself as a smart girl but i always thought that if he was looking for a fling thing his behaviour wouldn't reflect the way he acts around me, like he genuinely cares. But then again i'm not a guy. Can someone enlighten me?

Well, a fling or not, unhappy or not, it doesn't matter. If he has a girlfriend and is approaching you then he's trying to cheat. You should stay away from this trap, if he cheats on her he can cheat on anyone.
