Unless it is his job to train other girls, than working out with another girl and "helping her spot" is quite unnecessary. My sister body builds and competes in women's physique competitions, and she got that body ALL BY HERSELF. She didn't need anyone to "spot" her so this other girl will survive without a partner. Your boyfriend seems to be asking for trouble on this one. There's just so many things wrong with it. Whether he has good intentions or not, he's putting himself in a bad situation, and any man who's looking out for your best interest would know better. He's got a front row seat to watching a hot, sweaty, girl in tight clothing bending over in front of him. If he doesn't think that's gonna cause problems for his current girlfriend than he's a total dumbass.

i think you have the wrong idea about this. sometimes when you lift a weight so heavy that you have never lifted before you might want to ask someone to come spot for you for safety reasons. it seems like you would be a little intimidated by that girl. by the way who thinks about sex in the gym anyway.

This is trouble waiting to happen. I would only do this if for some reason my girlfriend/wife was turned on by it since I have extremely strong willpower and self control. Otherwise I wouldn't do it because when you are in a relationship human nature has proven this to be a bad idea and most will be susceptible to weakness.
