Omg. I punched my sister in stomach during her periods. ?

Ok she's 24 and I am 19. We do have some fights rarely other something. She was kicking me again and again'. I was really irritated and by mistake gave a light blow on her stomach. She collapse down with pain and ran in her room. Later our mom scolded me like anything. I do feel guilty. she's been in pain since. Also she was holding her stomach like forever'now. What do I do?

Apologize, try not to let it happen again. What's done is done just remember it and don't do it on the future. You were both in the wrong. I'm pretty sure from the sound of it she is in painore be sure she had cramps than the "light blow". Being your sister I'm sure she played more on making a bigger deal of the whole situation to make you feel bad or exaggerated a bit. If she was kicking you she's not in too much pain or she wouldn't of been able do so.
Never the less hitting her was wrong apologize and if it happens again just react differently. Maybe get her a heating pad some Tylenol and run her a hot bath give her some chocolate. I'm sure all will be forgiven, after all you are family.
