She punched me in the shoulder while pregnant?

Okay.
So it’s my sisters mother in law.
She’s been getting onto me about taking my vitamins to where it’s annoying. Like she acts like a mom, I guess she is treating me like a little kid about this. I told her nicely a few times that I take them everyday and to not ask me. My sister has even told her cause she does the same to her, like she’s always telling her to tell me to take them.
Today I saw her and before leaving there she goes again about it.
She asked me if I have been taking my vitamins and well this time I responded a bit annoyed but I mean I’m tired of telling her. (It’s one thing to keep asking if I’m forgetful about it, but she’s aware that I take them everyday, so there’s no need to be constantly asking me and getting onto me about it.) So I told her yes and to stop asking me. Her reaction pissed me off. It’s like she got offended and how dare I talk to her that way. So she punched me in the shoulder. I was so mad. Like I wanted to go off on her and hit her back. Instead I walked away but here I am so mad that she had the audacity to do that. Like I’m so mad she punched me, it guess it feels like she’s also hurting my baby.
We were at Chuck E. Cheese and I didn’t want to cause a scene.
I don't know it’s like I try my hardest to be nice, respectful and patient and once I react it’s like I’m the problem. It just hurt me that she punched me while pregnant. It’s like this is how I get treated when I tried my hardest to be nice.
