Don't get me wrong, no one has to change their appearance if they don't want you. By all means, bank on someone just accepting you completely, but also accept that this might entail you not ending up with the most ideal female. Yes, there are conventionally attractive people who date non-conventionally attractive people, but cutting past the fairy tale fluff and you'll find this isn't a commonality.

So your options are: Lower your standards, keep doing what you're doing, or try to improve. It's all about what you make it.

If you are a genuinely a nice person and confident, trust me you'll attract many girls. Also you shouldn't be picky, don't only seek attractive girls, who knows you might be missing out on a nice sweet caring girl.

This isn't a weight issue; this is a self-worth issue. Girls are going to pick up on that you don't value or respect yourself, so why should they?

This isn't the same thing as some dummy saying "be confident", because that doesn't help change your mindset at all and solves nothing.

You're going to need to work on your mentality first and more so than simply your body if you're going to find yourself the right mate.
