I think walking away can do a lot more than revenge. I once had a friend I wanted to get revenge on for what she did to me but I just walked away and it feels much better because you lose the negative person and can feel better about yourself after
The very basic logic is if you take revenge, it hits you back the same way just more harder. It's a universal principle too, whatever you do comes back to you magnified, whatsoever the nature.
No. It would make me feel less of a rational being because that would mean I've taken the time to prioritize revenge when I could have used the time to do something productive that will benefit me in the long run.
I always knew revenge doesn't do any good for anybody. In fact it would be like putting more fuel into the fire. so I don't do revenge. I'm glad you find your way to the truth.
That's why they say when getting revenge, dig 3 2 graves. Revenge is never really worthy it. Because other than making you feel bad, it consumes you and gives those people you're hating power over you.
Ignoring is the best way to show someone you don't care about them. If you're taking revenge, you're showing the other person matters and impacts you in some way, even if it's negative.
Yes! Revenge is the best thing but you need to be patient and calculate your moves in order to achieve whatever plan you have. Also I only take revenge if the person screwed me or one of my friends over big time... but most of the time I try to let it go and not waste my own time scheming a revenge plan.
if i like a girl sometimes ill crush a girls self-esteem if she acts stupid & cutts me off for dumb reasons. say she getts bitchy. because im busy working and she thinks im cheating. &decides to dump me without talking about it i get upset and call her fatt n ugly lol
Lol. Lots of crazy mofos out there. Kari Corwin in Florida did 3 grand worth of damage to her bf's truck with a tire iron because he called her fat. Good thing he didn't call her "ugly" as well.
am the type of cold blooded persone, never actually thaught of taking revange on any one, i think trying to face them and find a compremise would actually make you feel better with your inner self , and you would totaly spare you of those poisonous midnight thoughts.
Revenge poisons your own soul, and really doesn't resolve or makes things even. It goes with the saying that forgiveness isn't for the offender, it's for the offended.
Due to parking difficulties where i live, my car has been keyed a few times. I've filed a few notches in a screwdriver, and tonight i'm going to have some fun revenge.
Smh. How much do you suppose this will have to escalate before some sort of détente is reached?
Y'know, thinking back on it... Fucking with someone's car, in general, has always been against all the unwritten codes, where I'm from. And I'm from some serious gangland (Rollin 20's Crips/Insanes border, early '90's, eastside Long Beach)... and still, yeah nah. Cars were sacred. How very interesting.
@redeyemindtricks I live and let live. I never started this, but two doors on my car are badly scratched. And i'm not taking that from anyone. It will probably escalate, but i don't care. My car is old and needs replacing. The other two cars involved are quite new. I have the least to lose.

I don't believe in getting revenge because it doesn't solve anything.

agree with yah 100% procent. unless I really hate the person.

Revenge hurts yourself the most

Haha! Then she plans extreme revenge because of your behavior! Sweet!
revenge umm dont think so. usually she come back crying wanting to know why i hurt her
You will say that to the wrong girl. You would not believe what I did to someone who said that. Just sayin...

Short term, yes, there is no better feeling after revenge. Then you start thinking what you have done and what could happen
used to do it, but it seemed that a sort of karma sent it back to me.. If someone offends you, better to cut them out of your life
Revenge poisons your own soul, and really doesn't resolve or makes things even. It goes with the saying that forgiveness isn't for the offender, it's for the offended.
Absolutely for the short term however after I feel guilty afterwards
In the short term, but I feel worse in the long term
Not really. For me the best thing to do is to show that you're a better person and that he/she doesn't deserve you. Plus it boosts your ego a bit
Honestly no. The feeling later only sucks. I'd action something if the outcome is worth it - but nothing emotional about it

it's now tomorrow... how'd this go?
@redeyemindtricks A tin of brake fluid over one car. Haven't seen any reaction as yet.
