Ex unblocked me after a year but is married?

My ex cheated on me with this girl he supposedly knew for 2 years. He cheated on me the week I had my surgery back on sept 22 2016. That Sunday I went to go get his wedding band because we were planning to get married. Well I found out 2 days after my surgery that he was with that other girl for a week already but never broke it off with me. He blocked me and my family on fb. Soo 10 months have gone by and I thought he still had me blocked but when I was looking through the likes I had on some of my photos on fb I saw that his like was there and I clicked on it and sure enough his profile came up. I was shocked. So I went to my parents phone and both checked their fb and he didn't unblock them. That's where I was like why did he just unblock me. I thought to myself maybe he was just unblocking everyone in his block list but if he had then my parents wouldn't still be blocked you know. I'm not getting my hopes up at all because I've moved on with my life. I may not have a boyfriend or anything but still. Also I forgot to mention after he broke it off with me 2 months later he married that girl he cheated on me with so I was like tf? Yes he known her for two years but that doesn't mean to get married to her that quickly. So I'm asking y'all what do y'all think this means honestly. I'm pretty sure he doesn't care anymore but I just wanna know why y'all think.
