Girls, my girlfriend keeps changing the subject when I tell her how I feel about her. why does she do this for?

my girlfriend keeps changing the subject to how i feel about her. i tell her that i love her very much and she just keeps changing the subject on me all the time when im half way through the conversation in telling her how i feel about her and when she does this its pissing me off.
girls please tell me why you girls do this for? and she 50 years old im 46 years old.
I've had a mariage before for 10 years and my ex wife did the same thing to me. now my new girlfriend who I've been living with for a year now is doing the same thing to me too. i just can't understand why it keeps happening to me and its really getting to me as i just want to settle down with a girl thats gonna love me 100%..

well i came home from work and she was packing stuff into boxes and she told me she's moving out and I've seen on her phone a whole heap of text messages that back dates 6 months between him and her talking about getting back together for another go.. so i take it she lied to me about him as she was talking to him the whole time behind my back.. so i take it she still had feelings for him then me.
