I would tell her that she is too controlling, some of the items on the list are absolutely ridiculous.
ex: (the last one) if I'm at work and she texts me, more than likely I will be way to busy to text back. I can't drop everything just to text her back when I'm working. I will eventually text her back when I can.

She can write lists all she wants. But she needs to learn that that doesn't change the way you live your life one bit... And if she ever uses the list in order to blame you for not living by it, you tell her that that's not how relationships work. And if she thinks that making a list like this is normal, she'll have to look for someone else, because you don't do that.

She will fight you and half heartedly break up with you or give you some bullshit ultimatum after blaming you for some other stupid thing that you did, and she'll compare it to this list, which is bullshit. Then you ignore her. Either forever or until she calms down and apologises.

Key is to not mention the list ever unless she does. For you, there is no list. There's just a note that's meant to be a joke. A bad joke. but that's ok, because she's not a comedian.

I can agree to all except the 10 minutes texting, restriction to talk to and hang out with my friends and not to talk or follow a girl on social media. What if I have a school friend who is a girl, huh?
I don't stare girls, I walk away irl when girls are around, I'd love to say "I love you everyday", that "How high princess" is cute actually so others aren't really annoying but the only place where I talk to girls is internet so that's not the deal. Moreover, she can also check my phone whenever she wants.

After I finished laughing, I would realize that my girlfriend at least has the decency to put all of her crazy demands in writing. Unlike all other females, who have equally crazy demands that they keep hidden just so they can have something to bitch about when their guy unknowingly violates one.

I would tear the list in half and tell a girl I will only agree to some rules on her list as long as I make her a list and she agrees to an equal number of rules on my list. Otherwise there will be no list of rules and if she doesn't like it then she can find a guy that's willing to be a pushover.
