My boyfriends texts seem dry and boring lately?

I have the fear that he’s losing interest. It seems like he’s taking a little longer to reply, I thought he was playing video games so I said sweetly “if you’re playinf baby I’ll just talk to you tomorrow I don’t want to distract you” and all he said was “no I’m not playing”

im confused, a couple days ago we had a talk about the texting and how it didn’t really matter and that only our real life interactions matter. Texts are just texts. These sorta bother me, he’s really fun in person and today at school he seemed perfectly fine. He just seems a little dry right now, what should I do about this? Should I just be distant back or should I give him space? In person he’s perfectly fine and I know he’s into me, it’s been just over 2 months for us, I’m 17 and he’s 15 years old. I’m not sure what to do here

I dont know if this is a sexual relationship and this might not be the best advice as you guys are pretty young. But maybe send him a sexy text message. That already used to peak my ex's interests. And after sexy chat it can turn into normal chat. I dont suggest sending pics though.
