They are easier than a wash clothe, soap and water. I pack them when I spend the night with my boyfriend, even though i wear little makeup. And my boyfriend uses them when he's at my house too. Convenience.

You're right, they're probably not his. However, they probably don't belong to a girl he's meeting, either. I mean, why should he be carrying around makeup wipes for her? That makes no sense at all. So, either he does wear makeup when you're not around, he just thinks they come in handy for cleaning about anything or... they're his sister's.
I mean, you could obviously just ask, but then you'd have to explain why you were searching his stuff.
Are those makeup wipes only for makeup? Or it could be that he is using the makeup wipes to wipe off any makeup that may have come off on him. Or maybe his sister told him that makeup wipes are good to have around. Or maybe you should quit looking into your boyfriend stuff. If you seek, you shall find.
First of all, don't search his stuff respect his privacy. Second of all they can be used for a good bit of things and honestly he might be wearing some makeup. Would it really matter? It's his face and it doesn't harm anyone. They can be used to clean stuff like grease off hands I believe
