Well, define "forgive"? Forgive as in forgiven by humanity? A rapist or a murderer being unforgiven, or are you talking about a dating, relationship situation to where you'd breakup and there is no way you'd ever want the person back? Are you speaking spiritually in that can a person repent to God and God forgive them? How do you mean this?
I'll answer via the relationship/dating angle. Yes, and when I say "unforgivable" I mean the relationship would end with no chance to continue... not hold hatred and bitterness in the heart forever. Any kind of kissing, sex with another person. Being a cam model, stripper, escort of any kind... getting a big time drug addict. Those are things in which the relationship would end and there is no chance of us ever staying together no matter how much they change. They've crossed a line that can't be uncrossed ever. Even if they were faithful or drug free for the rest of their lives I'd not want them back or risk anything with them again.

My ex ended our relationship when she found out we were pregnant. I can move past her ending our relationship.
However, she started to push me away, onto the peripheral of the pregnancy, started talking about limiting my access to our child, generally making me feel like she didn't want me or my friends/family to have much of a role in my child's life. I'll never forgive that.
Unfortunately it ended with a miscarriage, so everything that got said ultimately means nothing, I don't know how things would have panned out in time. But her actions caused me unnecessary stress for weeks
While in theory the bible says you should try to forgive everybody and almost everything - but yeah some things are harder to forgive then others.
For me the hardest thing to forgive is unprovoked child or spousal abuse and slanderous accusations or abuses of power
