Why won't he come to my house?

I meet his Mom, Dad, and Brother but yet he still won't come over and he promised he would

Oh the long distance relationship... obviously he doesn't want to be around you. It does not mean something is wrong with you, so get that out of your head. What kind of relationship is this? Friendship? Boyfriend?

Did he give you a timeline as to when he would come over? If not then technically he hasn't went against his word. Perhaps he feels it is a bit too soon.

he said he would last week but he was sick and only stayed for like 10min :(

and any time I want to see him he will ask me to come over and he lives like 1hr and 1/2 away

It shouldn't matter if he lives 1hr and 1/2 away... that's what he has to travel to get to you as well. Go visit him at his place.
