If the guy is bullying the girl you can forget anything ever blossoming from that relationship same with the opposite and If something does happen the guy would probably end up in jail cause she only did it for revenge or if the girl was bullying the guy then the guy might be too scared to break up with her in fear of being abused and beaten plus the fact that society is so ill towards men that people would probably laugh at him because he's beaten by his girlfriend since its so funny for the guy to get hurt but taboo for the woman to so then the relationship would be more like stockholm syndrome instead of an actual relationship.

I know it's anime and hence maybe not that realistic, but if you have time watch Koe no Katachi. The English name is The Shape of Voice. It's really inspirational and sad. But I feel it provides some answer if the bullying was only petty bullying which snowballed.

Yes.. often behind the bullying there is repressed strong physical attraction... that the victim realizes later if not at all and often it's confused with dislike..😊

Yeah this girl was TOTALLY obsessed with me in 4th grade after feeling my abs - she insisted it was fake. I don't know how she ended up touching my stomach in the first place lol or why I let her but after that she wa so new to me all the time but so much attention. I don't know how she got any schoolwork done. And then she’s periodically flirt with me though I don’t think I nor she understood that until later. I don't know if she ever did not now that I have more experience and I see how Koch time she spent taking to me and trying to show the world she did not like me when no one cared either but way..

I’d never be her friend bc she was too annoying and I don’t condone bullying, which I told her directly when she asked if we condo eh friend ( in sure as a joke) but If she stopped being obnoxious spoiled brat , I’d have considered it.

Anyhow she spent too much time with me around me and about me to feel nothing. It was all day every day non stop. She’d dream up things to say to me in school

I didn’t know I was very pretty then but I knew I was strong and she wa a dancer and I think she envied my muscle tone... and I was an odd and I testing kid so who knows maybe she had a crush or was just jealous bc she had a stout pigs bodywbixh she thought was no good for dancing

I see... well in my case it happened with boy... he would do everything and anything to annoy me and I really never understood why he supposedly had it in for me... it would be things like throwing paper in my hair, cutting my hair , hitting me from behind with the umbrella just so I'd react and run after him... most times I'd fall to the ground and he'd pretend he didn't know anything about it in front of the teachers... only as an adult I started to see him differently and his behaviour or why he did those things became a lot clearer... he's ever so polite with me now and I realize he always had crush for me and always secretly did those things that apparently were not nice just to attract my attention...😊

These young women think that men bully them if they are attracted. Older women like you are smarter and typically understand that the guy is typically just a very insensitive guy.

Yes Hatred and love are dangerously close, thats why they are both so strong.
