What do you think of a guy that cheats on his pregnant long-term girlfriend with the same woman for months and months?

One of my colleagues is cheating with this woman that he works with even before his girlfriend got pregnant. It has been going on for months and its making all of us feels uncomfortable.
This situation intrigues me- can a man that do this to his girlfriend actually loves her?

I think it’s totally possible to love one person and fuck someone else. That doesn’t make it OK at all, but it’s definitely possible. It’s all about the person’s selfishness. I could fuck a thousand other women and still love my SO. I don’t because (besides the opportunity lacking) I love her so much I don’t want to hurt her. But not everyone thinks like that. They put themselves first. I guess that makes their love worth a bit less, because a deep love is actually putting someone else’s needs above your own. But it certainly doesn’t preclude a selfish sort of love.
