Depends on how I feel about them. If I just find them attractive and don't want a relationship. Then I would say the ones you mentioned would be off limits. I wouldn't have a fling with a friends ex or something like that. That being said if there was girl I really liked I might just say forget the limits.

Girls that are already in a relationship, and girls the same age, or younger than my sister which is two years younger than me. although as time goes by and I've left the school setting then I guess the latter will become less of an issue.

Friend's ex are OK if your friend doesn't really mind. Any of my bro's sisters are completely off limits( too awkward and can cause a huge mess!) Sister's friends?> sure why not although I don't have a sister :S
