He never got back to me? I just don't get it anymore :(

so I get people get busy, yeah I do to, and yeah I put friends on hold if they call or text for a period of time, and sometimes I don't ever respond because I forget, yeah it happens...but...i called him, left voice mail, he never got back to me, so I just figured ehhhh he's not into me enough to make something happen, but then 2 days later, a text, saying he was busy got my call and would call me in a day or 2...well today is day 2, and still nothing :(...how can someone be that busy, and not just take a few moments out of the day to say hey...I've been patient, not texting him, giving him space, I'm definitely not desperate or coming off that way and do my own thing, but seriously, why this long drawn out deal...i would get it if I never heard from him, but then a text of hope with a possibly, I mean I do have 3 more hrs left LOL! gahhhhhh...if your not into someone you don't send them text stating stuff that you don't follow through doing right?

I agree he should make more of an effort but, maybe he is unsure of your feelings/intentions towards him. He might be waitng for a more clear sign from you before he invests the energy and time into a specific girl. I know I have felt this way a few times. Guys don't really want to go out on a limb unless they are sure it won't break. The ground hurts. lol. Guys test girls this way to see how into them they really are. It sounds like he might like you, he's just not sure yet. Help him out. Just step up the texting a little more. If he still doesn't respond to that then just give him space. He won't think you're desperate for wanting to talk to him though. Only if you seemed desperate to talk to 'anyone'. I know your frustration, believe me. Some girls do the same thing. The other answers listed are a good possibility of what's going on. I know being a man I would not keep you waiting but then again what's going on with you is exactly what this woman I've been dating is doing to me. The only rational explanation I can think of is . A) Really that busy and forgets to call or text. B) Could be seeing other people and you are just in the mix or you are somewhat being tested to see how serious you are. Good luck keep us posted.

I firmly believe that if a guy was really into you, he would make the time to see you/call you no matter what.

Well, honestly I think he is using you as plan B/C/D...etc. I think he MIGHT be interested in you, but certainly not enough for you to bother calling him again. It is possible he has some things going on in his life that are private and taking up his time but I don't think it is likely. Its best you move on IMO, the ball is in his court so if he really wants to see you now, he needs to make it happen.
