Shortest gap 4 months longest gap 7 years 7 months after my marriage broke up after moving to a new city. I was devastated by that break up. I even did a mandatory 96 hours on the insane ward after attempting suicide.
I WAS a hermit living in cave behind a rock. I am forever thankful for two things that saved ME. One my good Gay friend and neighbour who had potty on me and took me clubbing with him. Two. I puchesed a Mountain Bike which was stole within 48 hours. Then I got anothet better bike and a U-lock and a chain. I rode that bike back to mental health.

Longest gap was 3 years.

Umm when I count my childhood relationship (8-9 years old) as one then the longest gap would be about 7 years. Otherwise 6 months as the longest and 3,5 months as the shortest.

Yup. Relationships. 17 years and growing. I do not consider casual dating, casual sex, or briefly seeing someome a relationship which is all I have done since I was 28.

Even that last legitimate relationship was half hearted on my part. I haven't been, "all in" since 2001. So, mostly a ling serious of casual liaisons/tryst. I have not said, "I love you" or, "I am in love with you" in all this time. I do not fall in live easily and quite likely ever again.
