She has a thing with me sleeping and says she really enjoys staying next to me or watching me sleep because I don't sleep much and I look both "cute" and serene when I sleep.
What about you?
An ex used to enjoy watching me sleep. She said I just looked so peaceful doing so. It never bothered me one way or another. Now, I have a close gal pal who I occasionally camp with or end up crashing on opposing couches with and tend to find her away and watching me. I have yet to ask her what is going through her head as she is doing so. Especially because I catch her doing this as we hang out together too - looking at me. She never turns away when I catch her doing so and I have even locked my gaze back and smile at her which she smiles back. It does make me wonder what is going through her head. Knowing her as I do it could be as innocent as her mind just trailing off to something completely unrelated. Then again, that could just he me being innocently dismissive which I am often guilty of doing.
No, I always believe she is plotting to kill me when she does that.
No, that actually really creeps me out the thought of someone watching me sleep, haha. I rather not be watched while I'm sleeping. If he does not, just do not tell me you're doing it
That’s cute. I don’t watch people sleep because I think it’s boring 😂😂

It's usually impulsive when we do this, sometime we're not even aware we're doing it, I'm also guilty of this myself. There were times I was waiting for video edit to render on my computer and I would turn around and look at her while she naps.
I would be eyeing her from head to toe. She looked so peaceful and worry free. There would also be times she would fall asleep on my lap and out of nowhere I would just run a finger through her hair. I believe it is a sign of being in love and deeply admiring someone, the fact that they even trust you enough to fall asleep on you and around you says a lot, we're at our most vulnerable state when we're asleep.
Because I am going to sleep, I am unconscious and thus unable to observe my partner watching. However, when my partner tells me that she likes watching me go to sleep I find it to be a little strange and creepy. But I don't tell her that. Instead, I tell her that I think that's very sweet because that ensures I will continue getting laid on a regular basis.
"You know, it'd be so easy to shove a pillow over his face and suffocate him right now... The cops would never figure it out..."
I've only watched once or twice for a moment or two when girlfriends of mine took a nap. I appreciate the beauty for a moment... it's kind of nice. Of course, they found out, (Not really sleeping, or they opened their eyes) and caught me and were SERIOUSLY PISSED about it. So apparently, its horribly weird and creepy, even if you've been a boyfriend for a while (ok, a stranger, yes, that's creepy. Staring at them for hours... creepy. Standing right by the bed or in a chair... sure), and even if you're in bed with them.
I'd feel a little self conscious about it if I found out, but past that, I wouldn't be creeped out if a girlfriend or wife did that. Now if she's watching me for hours, or whatever, then that's unsettling. But otherwise, just an appreciation kind of deal, I'd think it was kinda cool.
My ex did that yet she found the idea weird if someone stared at her. Personally I get it, she would sometimes look really cute when sleeping but I wouldn't necessarily watch her since I would find it a kinda weird if someone did it to me.
Ahhh it ain't bad. she's in love with you. She is prolly thinking how she could make your sleep better. Prolly thinking of yalls future together. I hsd a girl who did the same thing. Used to freak me out but i got used to it lol
Sometimes I’ll take a picture of my girlfriend sleeping, and post it on social media, but she’s not terribly self-conscious about it because she knows I’m just sharing with her and friends how much it’s an extension of her that makes me love her even more.
i’m fine if they do it just no pictures because some people take those when you sleep and that’s weird
As long as I'm aware of it and dont just wake up to find her staring at me then im okay with it. If she's like that chick from paranormal activity then hell to the no.
I don’t mind. He tells me I look really cute and peaceful when I’m sleeping.
I don't think it matters much, I'm asleep!
But, when I was with my last G/F, sometimes, I'd wake up after a while and just look at her for a moment and place a few soft kisses onto her lips. A couple times she woke up, smiled and kissed me back, then we'd go back to sleep.
I love watching my guy sleep, he looks serene and I can study his handsome face
When I am sleeping... would I notice when she watches?
I am more concerned about talking in my sleep; there are SOME things in my head that could look... confusing :D
I have had women who have watched me sleep or enjoy just staring at me. I am already uncomfortable with people looking at me too long but I have gotten used to it. To answer the question, I do not like it but if she enjoys doing it, why not let her. I am all about pleasing.
This reminds me of Aerosmith’s song “I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing”.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/Ss0kFNUP4P4I don’t mind waking up to find her watching me, but I couldn’t start to sleep knowing she’s doing it then too
@StephenCF hahaha🤣🤣you're so sweet askim😘😘🤗
yea. it's the only time his demons don't bring the beast out of him and he actually looks like an angel like his namesake.
HELL NO! It's like someone watching me cut my food, stuff my face, and then chew as it is annoying. I would ask her if I can watch her wipe her ass as that would produce the same feelings I would have of someone watching me sleep.
I'm not bothered by it. A girl once told me I looked cute or something when I sleep and I just saw it as a compliment rather than be creeped out.
Geez... noobs. LOL
I guess Sunday was the 30-year anniversary when I moved out of the mansion and into her apartment with her girlfriend, dumped the ex. ;)
We don't do much staring at the other sleeping.
Yeah sometimes I like it and sometimes it's creepy.
