What are you thinking when you and your so are staring into each other's eyes for a while?

I realised I have this habit to just stare into my SO's eyes when we're cuddling. He just stares back when I do this and I love it. It feels like I'm really seeing him. Like really seeing him. When I look into his eyes I finally get why eyes are this huge thing associated with feelings etc.
But I haven't had the chance yet to ask him what he's thinking when we stare into each other's eyes for a while so I just wanted to drop this question here...
What do you guys think about when you and your SO are looking into each other's eyes?

I used to stare into his eyes too and it would last a few seconds neither of us saying anything. He has such dark and deep eyes and I'll never forget the first time he stood face to face with me and I looked into his eyes. I never thought something particular just a curiosity to look at him.. and feeling loved and comfortable. Plus he had long dark lashes which made his eyes even more beautiful

I honestly don't think about anything. I just feel warm and content.

This is gonna sound like the literal cheesiest thing in existence, bit my girlfriend has eyes I literally get lost in. Big, round, bright blue eyes I can just stare at forever. So pure. I can't think of anything when looking into her eyes. I guess that's one of the reasons she's my girlfriend and not just another fuck buddy.
