I'd support her because I know it can cause problems especially back problems. Surely that's more important than what my opinion is... any guy who actually likes someone shouldn't do anything but support the choice.
Unless she has physical issues because of the size I wouldn't want her to go under the knife, I rather support her as she is. Personally I don't pay much attention to women breast size as long as they have some.
Well if there that big yeah maybe a bit smaller cause the hurt the back. But unless there that big i don't see the point so longs if it is like that then yup 100% support. Otherwise i would be confused.
Does it interfere with your health? Backpain or anything? No? Then I would be against taking the risk of surgery (Yes, every surgery has a risk involved).
Back pain doesn't necessarily come from big breasts, also we male have back pain. :-)
I'd probably be pretty disappointed. I'd likely grudgingly support her but if they got too small then it might effect my level of attraction towards her. Not gonna lie. If I wanted to be with a small-chested woman (I don't), then I would've.

I would be concerned about her health and the surgery. I would want her to make the best choice for herself to be happy. If this was something she felt strongly about, I would support her all the way.
Why wouldn’t he support her ! I want a breast reduction! Have big boobs may look good to some men but for the women who are carrying them it’s a problem and it comes with difficulties.

@roland77 42 DDD and my reasons is that bras for bigger boobs are 40-60 dollars, but girls with ABC cups can get it for 2-7 dollars at Walmart or other different places cheaper.
It’s hard to breathe when laying on your back to sleep or watch tv.
You get discoloration, rashes and fungal from sweat or from them simply just rubbing together.

That would be unfortunate seeing a woman reducing the size of her breasts but i can understand her when she has very giant tits or it's causing health problems.
If they aren't hurting you physically then no I most certainly wouldn't support it. To put yourself under the knife for any other reason seems foreign to me.
Talk to him about it. Tell him you're in pain every day and ask him to try to understand. Yeah, I support you, just talk to your guy so you don't just surprise him out of the blue with having to go in for surgery. Good luck!

I would usually advise you to just get a better supporting garment. It can be pretty painful to go under the knife just for looks. But that said do what makes you happy.

Big no not until you've had kids because breasts grow and all sorts during pregnancy so making them smaller until after kids is not recommended.
Absolutely! I know several women who have had it done. In every case their quality of life improved. Sometimes dramatically.

I feel good with my penis and I would if it is smaller than now (above median average size). Don't make her weak, make her believe in her breasts. And back pain is NOT limited to women with big boobs only.
