Based on a little something I saw on TV this week. The featured guy was a total douche to his brother for suggesting this fix to his fiancée.
If I'm going to be honest, I'd be reluctant too to try ruining my own self.
What's your take on it?
It depends on the reasoning. Of course I’d support it if it was for medical purposes. But if she’s perfectly healthy and her breasts are completely normal, and she’s doing it to feel good about “herself” I wouldn’t like it. Unless you have a deformity or a burn victim, altering your appearance to “feel good” is dangerous. The feeling you’re seeking comes from inside not though surgery or enhancements. I would be worried that she’d get the surgery and have a temporary feel good feeling about herself and a few months later she’s not satisfied. You see people on these tv shows getting one body enhancement after another because they want to “feel” like themselves and good. It can be addictive.
Who you are is what you’re born with. That feeling comes from within. By altering your appearance you’re ironically rejecting your true self. I support cosmetic surgeries for medical and special circumstances. But not “to feel better about oneself.”
I would recommend therapy before altering one’s appearance. Understand exactly “why” you want the change and what you think it will change that you can’t change without it.
Bras support breasts. ( Sorry about that :- )
But seriously:
I've massaged many women who were large-breasted and the majority have had back issues. What most people don't realize is that most back pain is actually caused by overworked CHEST muscles.
I would first recommend certain exercises to strengthen the core, and massage and other relaxation techniques to release the tightness of the chest muscles. Heavy-chested women should get a good-fitting bra with wiiiiiide straps to spread the cantilevered weight of their breasts over a larger area.
Breast reduction surgery should be used as a last resort.
This is a MHO for me
Thanks for the MHO.

I have never been in that situation, I don't know how I'd react.
If I were already in a relationship with her, meaning I fell for her as she already naturally was I am not sure I'd be on board with baring her chest to some male doc to take all if these before shots to show his other patients, drawing on her boobs with a marker and then cutting up her breasts leaving all of thesec scars.
I might have moved on. Who knows.
I probably would have been more casual about it if it was already done when I met her.
I actually had one about 10 days ago and am recovering in bed as we speak! It’s a lot less painful than I thought and the recovery is going smoothly:) I wanted it because I was a G cup before and my boobs were weighing me down. Not being able to fit into cute bralettes or triangle bikini tops suck quite frankly. The before and after difference is astonishing for me and I’m so excited I did it! My boobs look better in my opinion because they are a lot perkier and less saggy.
My wife has talking about it... I haven’t been for or against it. I am not a breast man but I think she has very nice breasts. I understand she thinks they are too big but honestly I would just hate for her to go under the knife... hers are not causing pain... she just thinks they are too big
I think it's sad that a woman would rather chop her fucking titties off than just do some exercises to strengthen her back.
The reason your breasts cause back pain is not because they're too heavy, it's because your muscles are too weak to support the weight of your own body.
That's what happens when you fucking NEVER work out or even do anything that's hard. Most women won't even try to lift something that's heavy, or if they even think it might be heavy, then they're too scared to even go NEAR it. They're afraid of getting hurt, well, being a fucking weakling is going to hurt 10,000 times more than whatever minor sprains or strains you might get from working out.
Strong women don't need "breast reductions" or anything else "reduced" either. Strong women can carry their own weight with lots of extra strength to spare.
as a woman that has been small most my life, I love being a large C cup.
Reduction is no where in my book.
and for all the times my man told me my small boobs were yummy, now that I am big, he admitted he loves me much bigger and has all the time, but was sparing my feelings...
Was this two and a half men? Also I've had breast reduction surgery for health reasons my boyfriend and me had just got together before I had the surgery and he was very supportive.
I LOVE small, natural breasts on the women I love, but I would NEVER say anyone should reduce theirs, or artificially modify their body, unless they had some personal reason, that is not for me to say or judge!!
Don't waste a gift or ruin your natural body. Unless if it is a must and would i be bothered if my girlfriend or wife did it no cause the reason i am with them is not because of there breasts.
And back pain is a vaild reason to do it cannot complain at that.
I absolutely hate cosmetic surgery but it seems to me that breast reduction is not really cosmetic because of back pain etc.
I guess part of me would like to think that you could keep what you had naturally but I really dont care how big or small your boobs are.
People can do what they want to thier own bodies.
Do whatever you want to do, its really none of my business.
It's drastic and can be painful. But after seeing a programme on TV. This woman had alsorts of pain in her back and shoulders. Also getting hold of bras that fit. It's not as if you are doing it for asilly reason. Doing it can make your life happier. If it is bad , I would go for it...
Unless the woman has abnormally huge boobs and is in good shape, I think this is a cop out. Most times the woman with big tits is largely overweight. I think if she were to get healthier, not get surgery, that would alleviate the back pain better
@bailey11 not sure why what I said would make you think I’m a dude, but no I’m not
if diet and exercise did not reduce the size naturally. while strengthening her back, chest, shoulder and arm muscles to support her bust more efficiently. then yes as a last option I would be ok with her getting breast reduction surgery. so she could avoid any unnecessary pain.
In cases of health issues or after severe disfiguring accidents - I fully support (plastic) surgery to fix a problem.
Just for 'beautification' I find it shallow.
The 'owner' of the boobs (or whatever else equipment) should have the last word.
I honestly think men shouldn't be "mad" over a decision that a woman is making for HER and for HER body. I want in the future to reduce my breasts, but not because of my back, only because I don't like them, is that making men mad or something? just because I don't like my boobs? men should shut the hell up and respect women's choices over THEIR bodies.
I'm not a guy but I support it. I understand that big boobs can be painful or just too big. Some people have a hard time grasping that.
If it's not only for cosmetics needs then why not? I mean, people who suffer from car accidents and disfigured faces, they deserve reconstruction surgery not to look better but it's for medical reasons.
Thankfully my fiancé (now husband) was totally and fully supportive with me having a BR done last year.
How are you? How are K, N, M and J?
My hearty congrats! Brill news! A cousin for little M! I am so pleased for you! And for J!
James and I are enjoying holidaying all over the country. In between fixing our computers. Had 3 failures in as many weeks. Thank goodness for Amazon!
Bruv and Nia are still together, sort of.
I'm ok with breast-reduction as the last resort. Before women - especially younger ones - should work out and strengthen their posture and muscles, though.
There is a good friend on GAG that has had first hand experience of this. She felt much better after. I hope that is still the case. I really admire her for going through it!
I had to have mine reduce due to difficulties in Breast Feeding.
If there where any smaller I might aswell be a male.
Don't look on it that way! Like me ( I hope), you are just as feminine with small boobs!
@juicyjessie True, I'm still learning to love my body.
