Okay, maybe not by choice, but I've been single for quite some time now. And as weird as it sounds, compared to when I was dating or in relationships- I'm much happier, stress free, drama free, and definitely face less heartache and rejection. I get that relationships and love don't come easy, but damn! Some of us suffer WAY more than should be allowed. To the point I'm sick of trying now.
I'm not completely against being in a relationship if the right guy enters my life. But I'm at my happiest when I'm single and not stressing over anyone else.
In a relationship. I am happy being single and don’t need a partner. But when I am in a relationship I’m an even better version of myself. It’s like I am the ice cream in the cone, but she brings the whip cream and cherry.
I am in total agreement with @Mroz75. As much as I would love to be in a "good" relationship, I'd rather be alone and lonely "sometimes", then with someone who makes you miserable "all" the time! I've had both.
I found that we all seem to want something other than we have or what some one else has. So my answer is. I love myself enough today to be by my self and that I don't need some one else to make me feel worthy or to give me a reason make it through another day. If while going through each day I happen to run into some one that makes me feel holler than i do now. That wold be nice.
I think the reason for us being in this place is so not only to give but to receive Unconditional Love. So we can put an end to hatred !!!
I would rather be in a relationship as long as it's a meaningful one with the purpose of being long term. It's pointless to waste part of your life with someone you dont intent to be with in the end.
A good relationship is so much better than being single, even a bad one until you know any better honestly, it's just a feeling like no other feeling wanted and not alone, I've been better since my break up but it just feels impossible I'll ever feel fufilled like that again whilst I'm single
None, there should be third option (inbetween), because being in relationship with someone who is ungrateful to have you, make you feel begging to be loved, someone who doesn't appreciate you, then its better to be single.
Love is about commitment, security, getting along well, feeling good, appreciation, and most importantly understanding each other. If one is missing then single it be.
Only with the right man I can be happier, more successful, and a better human. Only when love, kindness and care are mutually present.. there is nothing better than being in that relationship 🌹
Who don't love to live like a king. You can do whatever you want. No one's gonna judge or question you. You don't have to worry about anything/anyone. No fear of heartbreak. No nagging, no quarreling. Read, travel, play. No one's going to stop you. If you have sexual desires then you can have on me night stands or even prostitutes. You can watch your favorite tv show or movie and nobody is going to disturb you by texting or calling. You don't have to worry about dates, gifts, shopping, looks.
I would love to be in a relationship with a lovely woman, but I've never had any luck. It's not a preference, but I've resigned to the single life. Everyone I've ever been interested in was either taken or not interested for some reason or another. Women also never make the first move in almost all situations, so it's pretty much a dead horse.
A relationship is so much more rewarding than being alone because there is much more to talk about and share about the day we used to work next to each other and we would talk to each other during break and then she got home 1 hour before me and had dinner with everyone and I've had a lot to be thankful for this adventure with you
I’m currently single, i am enjoying the being single and being independent part. it would be lovely to have a lady to share life with and enjoy life with! i know i cannot force anything to happen. So, without giving mixed signals, i would prefer to have someone for the long term rather than the dating part. i feel as it’s impossible to find someone. i am not a dating expert. 😅
relationship, because i've never had one. and damn, i want to have 3 babies and i know it takes guys about 5 years to figure out whether or not you are "the one." and after 4 years, they decide you aren't. bull crap.
I’m single right now but I would prefer to be in a relationship, I’ve been quite shy and intimidated by women so that’s why I ask them out or talk to them so infrequently. I want to overcome my anxiety but it’s easy to say that but difficult to overcome. I feel like I would be bothering and annoying a woman if I talked to her at all.
Why isn't there something between it.. why to always choose extremes... life isn't binary.. this or that... being in relationship is sometimes frustrating... u don't get enough 'me' time... and being single sometimes you feel too lonely... so there shuld b something between these two extremes

I wouldn't know how being single feels since i have never been single for a long time. relationship 3yrs single for like a wk then relationship 9yrs single for wk or so then single for couple months then relationship then married
Relationship would feel better. Losing it is just something we all don't like just like losing your $1000 phone. Been single and I can't afford it yet.
