Can sophomores go to prom with juniors?

Yes I think so, if one of you is a junior then it's OK. But the rules might be different at your school.

Depends on the school. At my high school the prom was for Junior and Seniors but Freshman and sophomores could come ONLY if accompanied by a junior or Senior date.

yes, yes you can. They can't tell you who you can and cannot bring to Prom. As long as its appropriate age level.
